With reports of Belfast car festival being a rip-off this summer and the likes of other car festivals, we discuss whether or not they are worth the money.
It seems an entry fee is paid to come and view cars that you could see on your local high street, so the trick is to spend your money on festivals that are worth going to. Ones that feature supercars, extreme car shows and the chance to test drive your dream car. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly where the best ones are because it’s all about the cars you want to personally see. Then again, if all you want to do is look around car shows and browse the selection then that’s okay too. Any event is only a rip-off if you don’t think you’ve got your money’s worth.
But it’s worth remembering that whether car shows are a rip-off or not, it’s all about enjoying seeing cars do what they do best and taking in the atmosphere with your family. Most of these car festivals are around £10/15 a ticket; so for a nice day out it’s not breaking the bank.
